Development of 3D printing method for dynamic covalent networks
The prime challenge in the field of 3D printing is to achieve mechanical performance of the produced parts which is comparable to parts produced by injection- or compression molding. In this project, we will employ polymers with dynamic (and reversible) networks to improve inter-layer strength. The aim is to understand the dynamic behavior of the dynamic covalent networks and isolate the contribution of the dynamic system on the layer adhesion.
